We offer free 2 Day FedEx / UPS on all domestic U.S. orders over $250+.
02 Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST are shipped on the next business day.
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
03 Expedited Shipping Options
For faster delivery, customers may select upgraded shipping methods at checkout:
- UPS / FedEx Express 2 Day
- UPS / FedEx Next Day Delivery
Shipping speed is determined by your chosen service and destination. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier.
04 Carrier Selection & PO Boxes
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service (USPS).
- • UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
- • FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please use a physical delivery address when selecting UPS or FedEx to avoid delays, returned shipments, or carrier delivery issues.
05 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.
06 Shipping Liability Disclaimer
ION Peptidez is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages
- Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Weather-related delays or force majeure events
- Customs delays or international transit issues, if applicable
While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems beyond our control.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery issues, return-to-sender fees, or restocking delays.
